About the Role

Recruza Alliance is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Legal Advisor to provide legal guidance, ensure regulatory compliance, review documentation, and support the company in managing legal matters. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of applicable laws, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to provide practical legal solutions aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide legal advice and guidance to management on business and operational matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate agreements, contracts, notices, and other legal documents.
- Ensure company policies, processes, and activities comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- Identify potential legal risks and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Handle legal notices, disputes, claims, and correspondence with external parties.
- Coordinate with external advocates, legal consultants, government authorities, and other stakeholders when required.
- Conduct legal research and keep the organization updated on relevant changes in laws and regulations.
- Maintain proper records of contracts, legal documents,



cases, and compliance matters.
- Support internal departments in resolving contractual and legal issues.
- Assist management in litigation and other legal proceedings, as required.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and legal information.

Eligibility & Qualifications

- LL.B. / LL.M. from a recognized university.
- Valid Bar Council enrollment is preferred.
- 1-2 years of relevant legal experience; experience in corporate, commercial, employment, or compliance matters will be an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Indian laws and legal procedures.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, research, and communication skills.
- Good command of English and Hindi.
- Solid attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple legal matters simultaneously.
