Job Purpose

The Quality Check Executive will be responsible for ensuring that all incoming, in-process, and finished products meet the company's required quality standards before dispatch to customers. The role includes checking product functionality, branding, finishing, packaging, quantity, and overall presentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Inspect incoming products and materials received from vendors.

- Conduct quality checks of finished products before packing and dispatch.

- Check electronic products for:

- Charging/functionality

- Power output

- Buttons and ports

- Battery performance

- Bluetooth/connectivity where applicable

- Physical damage or scratches

- Check corporate branding such as:

- Logo placement

- Printing quality

- Laser engraving

- Glow logo/name

- Colour accuracy

- Branding size and alignment

- Verify product colour, model, specifications, and quantity against the approved PO/sample.

- Check customized packaging, gift boxes, sleeves, inserts, labels, and accessories.

- Ensure products are clean and presentable before final packing.

- Identify defective, damaged, or incorrect products and separate/reject them.

- Maintain records of rejected and approved quantities.

- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Branding, Warehouse, Sales, and Dispatch teams.

- Report quality issues immediately to the concerned department.

- Conduct random sampling as well as 100% checking for critical/customized orders when required.

- Ensure approved client samples are followed during bulk production.





- Monitor rework and ensure corrected products are rechecked.

- Prepare QC reports for major orders.

- Ensure the correct accessories, manuals, cables, adapters, etc. are packed with products.

- Conduct final dispatch quality checks before material leaves the warehouse.

- Take photographs/videos of final approved products when required for records.

- Help reduce customer complaints, returns, replacements, and quality-related losses.

Skills Required

- Strong attention to detail

- Basic knowledge of electronic products

- Ability to identify product and printing defects

- Knowledge of packaging and branding quality

- Basic Excel/reporting skills

- Good coordination and communication skills

- Ability to handle multiple orders simultaneously

- Robust sense of responsibility and ownership

- Ability to work under deadlines during peak corporate gifting seasons

Key Performance Indicators – KPI

1. Dispatch Accuracy: 99%+

2. Customer Complaint Rate: Minimum possible

3. QC Completion: 100% before dispatch

4. Branding Error Rate: Below 1%

5. Wrong Product/Quantity Dispatch: Zero tolerance

6. QC Report Accuracy: 100%

7. Timely identification of defective material

8. Reduction in returns and replacements

9. Proper maintenance of rejection/rework records

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
