Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of testers for ETL, Data Warehouse, and BI testing projects.
- Develop comprehensive test strategies and QA frameworks.
- Define testing standards, methodologies, and best practices.
- Oversee test planning, estimation, and resource allocation.
- Review and approve test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
- Monitor testing progress and provide status updates to stakeholders.
- Manage defect tracking and resolution.
- Coordinate with development teams, business users, and stakeholders.
- Establish testing metrics and KPIs.
- Mentor team members and support their professional development.
- Drive continuous improvement in testing processes.
- Manage UAT activities and client interactions.
- Conduct performance reviews and skill assessments.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 8–12 years of testing experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.




- Strong experience in Data Warehouse, ETL, and BI Testing.
- Expertise in Qlik / QlikView / Qlik Sense testing and validation.
- Advanced SQL and database knowledge.
- Experience with ALM / JIRA or similar test management tools.
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies and quality frameworks.
- Experience managing performance testing initiatives.
- Strong project management and risk assessment skills.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in resource planning and capacity management.

Preferred Skills:

- Test automation frameworks and strategies.
- Tableau / Power BI.
- Data governance and compliance.
- Agile / Scrum.
- ISTQB / CSTE certification.
- Data quality management.
- Experience managing offshore/onshore testing teams.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹913,180.28 - ₹1,513,840.88 per year
