We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of our online store. In this role, you will be responsible for handling product listings, managing inventory, processing incoming customer orders, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities

- Website & Listing Management: Upload recent products with accurate descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Order Processing: Track, verify, and process daily website orders to ensure timely dispatch.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels on the website to prevent overselling or stockouts.
- Customer Support: Answer customer inquiries regarding orders, shipping updates, returns, and refunds.
- Data Entry & Reporting: Maintain daily sales registries and generate weekly performance reports.
- Coordination: Work closely with logistics partners and warehouse staff to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
