US Sales Manager – US Process Only | Noida | Night Shift

SS Tech is hiring an experienced US Sales Manager / US Sales Assistant Manager for our Noida office.

This position is ONLY for candidates currently working, or having recent experience, as a US Sales Manager, Assistant Sales Manager, Team Manager, or similar leadership position handling a US Sales Process.

Your application will NOT be considered if you have experience only in:

- Domestic/Indian sales
- Customer service or customer support
- International processes without US Sales experience
- Sales Executive / Business Development Executive roles without team-management experience
- UK, Australian, Canadian, or other international processes without relevant US Sales experience

Candidates must have hands-on experience managing a US Sales team and achieving US sales targets.

Job Details

Position: US Sales Manager
Location: Noida Sector 62 – Work From Office
Shift: Night Shift / US Shift
Working Days: 22 days per month
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in US Sales, including relevant experience in a Sales Manager / Assistant Manager / similar leadership position
Team Size: Approximately 25 Sales Executives

Candidates currently working in a similar US Sales leadership position who are willing to relocate to Noida are strongly encouraged to apply.

Position Overview

The US Sales Manager will be responsible for leading, managing, coaching, and driving the performance of a team of approximately 25 sales executives handling the US market.

The successful candidate must have strong experience in US sales operations, team management, target achievement, conversion improvement,



performance management, and sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of approximately 25 sales executives handling the US market.
- Drive individual and team sales targets, revenue goals, and conversion performance.
- Conduct daily/weekly performance reviews and sales meetings.
- Coach, train, and mentor sales executives to improve productivity and conversions.
- Monitor KPIs, sales metrics, call quality, closures, and individual performance.
- Develop and implement sales strategies specifically for the US market.
- Identify performance gaps and create improvement/action plans.
- Handle escalated customer queries and support the team in closing difficult sales.
- Ensure all customer, lead, and sales information is accurately maintained in the CRM.
- Maintain strong knowledge of products, competitors, market trends, and customer requirements.
- Create a high-performance, target-driven sales environment.

Mandatory Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet all of the following requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of relevant US Sales experience.
- Current or previous experience as a US Sales Manager, Assistant Sales Manager, Team Manager, or equivalent sales leadership role.
- Proven experience managing and driving the performance of a sales team.
- Hands-on experience handling a US Sales Process.




- Strong understanding of US customers and US sales techniques.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving team conversions.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Solid coaching, team-motivation, and performance-management skills.
- Graduate in any discipline; BTech/Engineering background preferred.
- Comfortable working permanently in a US/night shift.
- Comfortable working from the Noida Sector 62 office.

- You have US Sales Executive experience but no team-management/leadership experience.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
