Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Industrial HVAC Technician responsible for installation, testing, commissioning, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing of HVAC systems at industrial and commercial project sites.

The candidate should have hands-on experience with VRF/VRV systems, AHUs, FCUs, air-cooled chillers, ducting, chilled water piping, ventilation systems, and industrial air-conditioning equipment.

Key Responsibilities

- Installation, testing, commissioning, and servicing of industrial HVAC systems.
- Installation and servicing of VRF/VRV, AHU, FCU, ductable AC, package units, and air-cooled chillers.
- Carry out HVAC equipment installation as per approved drawings and project specifications.
- Perform refrigeration piping, brazing, pressure testing, vacuuming, and refrigerant charging.
- Identify and rectify refrigerant leakage and perform leak testing.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, and control-related HVAC problems.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of HVAC equipment.
- Check compressor, condenser, evaporator, expansion valve, blower, motors, sensors, thermostats, and control systems.
- Assist in AHU installation, alignment, belt tensioning, filter replacement, coil cleaning, and airflow checking.
- Coordinate with the site engineer for equipment installation and commissioning.
- Read and understand HVAC layouts, equipment drawings, duct layouts, piping drawings, and electrical/control wiring diagrams.
- Carry out ducting-related installation and support activities when required.
- Check operating parameters such as suction/discharge pressure, temperature, current, voltage, airflow, and system performance.
- Maintain proper service reports, commissioning reports, and maintenance records.




- Follow project safety procedures, PPE requirements, and site safety instructions.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and other MEP teams at project sites.
- Travel to different project locations across India as required.

Required Technical Skills

- Positive knowledge of HVAC refrigeration cycles and system components.
- Hands-on experience in VRF/VRV systems.
- Knowledge of AHU, FCU, Chillers, Package AC, Ductable AC, and ventilation systems.
- Knowledge of refrigerant handling, charging, recovery, and leak testing.
- Knowledge of copper pipe brazing and nitrogen purging.
- Ability to use HVAC tools such as manifold gauges, vacuum pump, recovery machine, clamp meter, multimeter, etc.
- Basic knowledge of electrical controls and HVAC automation.
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment independently.
- Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance procedures.

Educational Qualification

- ITI – Refrigeration & Air Conditioning / Electrician / Fitter preferred.
- Diploma in Mechanical / HVAC / Refrigeration will be an advantage.
- Relevant industrial HVAC experience may be considered in place of formal qualification.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in industrial/commercial HVAC.
- Experience with MEP/HVAC contracting companies preferred.
- Ability to work independently at project sites.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across India.
- Ability to work under project deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Valid driving licence will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
