We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our business development efforts in Bangalore and Chennai. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in selling industrial cleaning machines such as scrubber dryers, vacuum cleaners, and related equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence in the assigned regions.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with service engineers and support staff to deliver complete solutions to clients.
- Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activities,
market trends, and provide feedback for product positioning.
- Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews.
Requirements:
- Graduate/Diploma in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the cleaning industry.
- Strong knowledge of scrubber dryers, vacuum machines, and related equipment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
