We are looking for an experienced and responsible Lab Incharge to manage laboratory testing and quality control activities in our plywood manufacturing unit.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct testing of raw materials, chemicals, veneers, plywood and finished products.
- Check plywood quality as per company specifications and applicable standards.
- Perform routine physical and mechanical tests as required.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper calibration.
- Record and maintain all laboratory test reports and quality data.
- Monitor production quality and identify quality-related issues.

Requirements

- Diploma / B.Sc. / B.Tech. in Chemistry, Wood Technology, or a relevant field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in Plywood / Veneer / MDF / Wood Panel Industry.
- Valuable knowledge of plywood quality testing and laboratory procedures.
- Basic knowledge of IS standards and quality parameters will be an advantage.
