Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Salon Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the salon, manage the team, drive sales and revenue, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain Bodycraft’s service and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the salon.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate salon staff to achieve business and service targets.
- Drive salon revenue, productivity, retail sales, and customer retention.
- Monitor daily sales, service performance, staff productivity, and targets.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Maintain high standards of grooming, hygiene, cleanliness, and salon presentation.
- Manage staff attendance, grooming, discipline, schedules, and leave requirements.
- Coordinate with HR and management for recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee-related matters.
- Ensure proper implementation of company policies, SOPs, and operational guidelines.
- Monitor inventory, product usage, stock levels, and coordinate replenishment requirements.
- Ensure proper billing, cash handling, and daily sales reporting.
- Conduct regular team briefings and performance reviews.
- Identify opportunities to improve business performance and customer acquisition.




- Build strong relationships with regular and high-value clients.
- Ensure smooth coordination between Salon, Skin, Reception, and Operations teams.
- Support promotional activities, campaigns, and local marketing initiatives.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly operational and business reports with the management.

Experience & Qualification

- Experience: 4–8 years of experience in salon/spa/beauty industry, preferably with managerial or supervisory experience.
- Qualification: Graduate preferred; relevant industry experience will also be considered.
- Experience in handling a team and achieving revenue targets is preferred.
