POSITION SUMMARY

The Car Wash Technician, as part of Carzzi's Doorstep Car Wash service, is responsible for providing on-site vehicle cleaning and detailing services at customer locations on behalf of Carzzi. This role is central to our service promise, requiring the delivery of high-quality exterior and interior cleaning, protected operation of company equipment, and consistent, professional engagement with customers that upholds the Carzzi brand standard.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Travel to designated customer locations to perform scheduled car wash and detailing appointments.
- Carry out exterior cleaning services, including washing, drying, waxing, and polishing, to company quality standards.
- Perform thorough interior cleaning, including vacuuming, dusting, upholstery wipe-down, and dashboard care.
- Operate company-provided equipment and cleaning solutions safely, efficiently, and in line with Carzzi protocols.




- Conduct pre- and post-service vehicle inspections to verify service quality and identify any pre-existing damage.
- Engage with customers professionally and courteously, addressing routine service queries and escalating complex issues appropriately.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and environmental standards throughout all service operations.
- Promptly report equipment malfunctions, supply shortages, or service issues to the Operations Supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; not mandatory.

Experience: A minimum of one to two years of relevant car washing or detailing experience.

Core Skills

- Working knowledge of vehicle cleaning techniques and appropriate use of cleaning products.
- Ability to safely and competently operate basic car wash equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and a consistent commitment to service quality.
- Effective communication skills and a professional approach to customer interactions.

Additional Requirements

- Valid driving license required.
- Willingness to travel to multiple customer locations as scheduled.
- Demonstrated punctuality, reliability, and accountability.
- Must own a scooty (two-wheeler); fuel will be provided by the company.
