Career Advisor – Staffing FirmJob Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Career Advisor to join our staffing and recruitment team. The Career Advisor will be responsible for guiding job seekers throughout their job search process, understanding their career goals, and promoting our career services.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Connect with potential candidates and understand their career goals, skills, and job requirements.
- Explain the company's career and job search services to interested candidates.
- Provide guidance on resume improvement, LinkedIn profile optimization, job search strategies, and interview preparation.
- Follow up regularly with candidates and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn messages, and other communication with prospective candidates.
- Identify candidate needs and recommend suitable services or solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly targets for candidate conversions and revenue.
- Coordinate with internal recruitment,



marketing, and operations teams to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Address candidate questions and concerns professionally and provide timely support.
- Stay updated on current job market trends and employment opportunities.

Requirements

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, counseling, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Previous experience in sales, career counseling, staffing, recruitment, or customer service is preferred.
- Ability to handle multiple candidates and follow-ups effectively.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, job portals, MS Office, and CRM tools.
- Experience working with US staffing or the US job market will be an added advantage.
