Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Conduct initial screening and HR interviews through calls and virtual meetings.
- Review resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer rollout.
- Handle candidate documentation and assist with the onboarding process.
- Ensure a smooth joining experience for recent employees.
- Create and post job advertisements across various hiring platforms.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
- Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in HR Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
- Experience in IT, Software, or SaaS hiring will be preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other recruitment portals.
- Strong screening and candidate evaluation skills.
- Basic knowledge of onboarding and HR documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Positive attitude with strong coordination and organizational skills.
