Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader – US Process to lead our international sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in US outbound sales, team handling, target achievement, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and motivate the US sales team.
- Monitor daily team performance and ensure sales targets are achieved.
- Handle outbound calls and support team members with sales conversions.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and feedback sessions.
- Track team KPIs, productivity, conversions, and revenue.
- Assist team members with client handling, objections, and closing.




- Prepare daily/weekly performance reports for management.
- Ensure adherence to company sales processes and quality standards.

Requirements

- 2–4 years of experience in US Sales / International Sales / US Process.
- Minimum 1 year of team-handling experience preferred.
- Solid knowledge of outbound sales and lead conversion.
- Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to achieve and drive team targets.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and people-management skills.
- Comfortable working in a night shift.

Freshers are not eligible for this role.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
