Responsibilities :

1. End-to-End Recruitment

- Understand manpower requirements from Restaurant Managers and Operations teams.
- Handle complete recruitment from sourcing to joining.
- Recruit for frontline and management positions across multiple outlets.
- Maintain a continuous pipeline of candidates for current and upcoming vacancies.

2. Bulk / High-Volume Hiring

- Manage bulk hiring for:
- Restaurant Team Members
- Kitchen Helpers / Commis
- Chefs
- Waiters / Stewards
- Captains
- Cashiers
- Baristas
- Delivery Executives
- Restaurant Managers
- Assistant Restaurant Managers
- Other support positions
- Conduct walk-in interviews and recruitment drives as required.
- Ensure vacancies are closed within agreed timelines.

3. Candidate Sourcing

- Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, Apna, WorkIndia, LinkedIn, referrals, consultants, local networks, and social media.
- Develop relationships with local recruitment sources, hospitality institutes, job fairs, and community networks.
- Maintain an active database of suitable candidates.

4. Screening & Interviews

- Screen CVs and conduct initial telephonic/face-to-face interviews.
- Assess candidates based on experience, communication, attitude, availability,



salary expectations, and role suitability.
- Coordinate interviews with Restaurant Managers and Operations teams.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process.

5. Offer & Joining

- Communicate selection and salary details to candidates.
- Coordinate offer roll-out and documentation.
- Ensure selected candidates join on the committed date.
- Track offer-to-joining conversion and reasons for dropouts.

6. Recruitment MIS & Reporting

- Maintain daily recruitment trackers.
- Prepare daily/weekly hiring reports.
- Track vacancies, interviews, selections, offers, joining, and recruitment sources.
- Monitor recruitment targets and closure timelines.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
