Key Responsibilities
- Develop innovative design concepts aligned with luxury project standards
- Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and working drawings using AutoCAD
- Create 3D models and presentations using SketchUp
- Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and contractors for execution
- Manage site visits and ensure design implementation as per drawings
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures suitable for high-end projects
- Prepare mood boards, presentations, and client proposals
- Ensure timelines and quality standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle
