We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager with a strong technical background to manage and coordinate web development and e-commerce projects.

The ideal candidate is someone who has hands-on experience as a developer and has transitioned into project management. You should be comfortable understanding code, technical discussions, APIs, integrations, architecture, and development workflows — while also being able to manage timelines, teams, clients, and delivery.

What You’ll Bring

- Prior hands-on experience as a Web/Software Developer with a transition into Project Management
- Strong understanding of the software/web development lifecycle, from requirements and estimation through development, testing, deployment, and maintenance
- Good working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs, databases, integrations, and CMS platforms
- Experience working with e-commerce platforms; Shopify experience is a strong plus
- Ability to understand technical requirements, evaluate feasibility, identify dependencies, and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to review technical discussions, identify risks/blockers, and work closely with developers to resolve them
- Understanding of Git, development environments, deployment processes, and common development practices
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Strong ownership, organization, problem-solving, and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment

What You’ll Do

- Own and coordinate the planning,



execution, and delivery of web development and e-commerce projects
- Work closely with developers, designers, QA, and other teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Understand technical requirements and translate them into clear tasks, milestones, and deliverables
- Participate in technical discussions, estimations, solution planning, and feasibility assessments
- Track project timelines, dependencies, risks, blockers, and deliverables
- Identify technical and delivery risks early and drive them toward resolution
- Communicate project progress, technical challenges, and expectations clearly to stakeholders
- Support task allocation, resource planning, prioritization, and change management
- Ensure development, QA, deployment, and delivery processes are followed effectively
- Maintain project documentation, status reports, meeting notes, and progress tracking
- Continuously improve project delivery processes and team collaboration

Qualification & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 2–4 years of overall experience, preferably with prior experience as a developer followed by a transition into Project Management
- Candidates with strong hands-on development experience and 1+ year of project management experience are preferred
- Experience managing web development, software, or e-commerce projects is highly desirable

Pay: ₹41,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
