Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end implementation and deployment of the K-12 Secure platform across schools.
- Plan implementation timelines, milestones, configurations, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with school POCs, internal teams, technology partners, and vendors.
- Monitor platform performance, uptime, hosting, cloud infrastructure, and databases.
- Manage technical issues, bug fixes, enhancements, UAT, and production releases.
- Gather customer feedback and contribute to product improvements and roadmap planning.
- Ensure information security, data privacy, access controls, backups, and incident management.
- Manage customer support, SLAs, TATs, issue resolution, and root-cause analysis.
- Conduct online/offline user training and develop manuals, FAQs, and training material.
- Maintain SOPs, technical documentation, implementation records, and change logs.
- Track implementation progress, system performance, support metrics, adoption, and customer satisfaction.




- Prepare and present weekly/monthly MIS and performance reports to management.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- Certifications in Cloud, ITIL, Cybersecurity, Microsoft, AWS, or Azure will be an advantage.
- Strong experience in product implementation, technical operations, customer support, and vendor coordination.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
