Job Description – Waterproofing Engineer

Job Summary

Agrani Group is looking for a Waterproofing Engineer to manage and supervise waterproofing works at construction and interior finishing project sites, ensuring quality, proper execution, and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise waterproofing works including terrace, basement, toilet, wet areas, podium, façade and structural waterproofing.
- Plan and execute waterproofing activities as per approved drawings, specifications and method statements.
- Monitor site execution, manpower, material consumption and productivity.
- Conduct inspections and ensure proper surface preparation, application and testing.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, consultants and clients.
- Identify leakage/defects and ensure proper rectification and treatment.
- Maintain daily progress reports, inspection records and quality documentation.




- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate material requirements and ensure timely availability at site.
- Handle contractor/vendor coordination and measurement of completed work.

Qualification

- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in waterproofing, repair, rehabilitation or construction projects.
- Good knowledge of waterproofing materials, application methods and testing procedures.
- Knowledge of MS Office and basic documentation.
- Good communication and site coordination skills.

Preferred Skills

- Strong knowledge of waterproofing systems and materials.
- Ability to identify and troubleshoot leakage issues.
- Valuable supervision and manpower management skills.
- Ability to work independently at project sites.

Salary: As per experience and company standards.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
