- Provide L1/L2 operational support for OSS applications in a 24×7 workplace.
- Monitor and troubleshoot OSS applications, incidents, and system issues within SLA.
- Work on Fault Management, Ticketing, Inventory & Performance Management systems.
- Perform Linux administration, database checks (Oracle/SQL) and basic scripting using Shell/Perl.
- Handle system installation, configuration, patching, maintenance and reporting.
- Perform RCA, UAT, system trial runs and maintain complex SOPs.
- Coordinate with L2/L3 teams, users and other technical teams for incident/change resolution.
- Support telecom network domains including RAN, IP Core, Access, Transport and Microwave
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹39,000.00 per month
