Part-Time Video Editor – Sofia Health

Sofia Health is looking for a creative, reliable Video Editor to join our team part-time.

You’ll create professional video content for Sofia Prime virtual wellness classes, Sofia Unfiltered podcast, social media, and advertising campaigns.

We’re looking for someone who can edit both long-form and short-form content and is comfortable using AI video tools.

What You'll Do

- Edit Sofia Prime virtual class videos (fitness, yoga, meditation, wellness, educational content, etc.)
- Edit Sofia Unfiltered podcast episodes when needed
- Create polished long-form videos with intros, outros, logos, disclaimers, graphics, captions, and other assets
- Clean up audio, remove mistakes, pauses, and unnecessary sections
- Create high-quality video covers/thumbnails that reflect the content and appeal to our target audience
- Turn long-form content into engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikToks, and other short-form videos
- Create social media ads and promotional videos
- Add captions, B-roll, graphics, music, text, and other elements when appropriate
- Create different video versions and formats for social platforms and ads
- Create engaging hooks and clear calls to action
- Use AI tools to create videos, AI avatars/presenters, voiceovers, visuals, and other video content
- Stay current with new AI video-generation tools and workflows




- Make revisions based on feedback and deliver projects on time

We're Looking For

- Qualified video editing experience
- Strong experience with both long-form and short-form video
- Experience creating social media content and/or ads
- Good understanding of pacing, storytelling, hooks, captions, and visual presentation
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow branding and creative guidelines
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Organized and comfortable managing multiple video projects
- Reliable internet and a computer capable of video editing

AI Experience

Hands-on experience with AI video generation is strongly preferred.

Experience with:

- AI avatar/presenter videos
- AI voiceovers
- AI-generated video and visuals
- AI-assisted video editing
- Tools such as HeyGen, Synthesia, Runway, Veo, or similar platforms

Editing Software

Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, After Effects, or similar tools.

Position

Part-time contractor | Ongoing work

The role will include a mix of Sofia Prime classes, podcast editing, short-form content, social media ads, promotional videos, and AI-generated video projects.
