About Us

ZingyGifts.com is an e-commerce brand specializing in personalized gifts - custom storybooks, caricatures, photo frames, mugs, and more. We are looking for a Customer Service & Client Servicing Intern to join our team and help us deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Handling customer inquiries via calls, email, and WhatsApp
- Managing client communication and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Coordinating client orders between design, production, and delivery teams
- Assisting with client onboarding for new orders and customizations
- Sharing order updates, tracking information, and resolving client queries
- Collecting customer feedback and sharing insights with the team
- Maintaining records of customer interactions and order details

Requirements

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English




- Friendly, patient, and customer-first mindset
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, WhatsApp)
- Comfortable making and receiving inbound and outbound calls
- Ready to work on-site in Yamuna Vihar, Delhi (Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM)
- Bonus skills: CRM tools, Canva, or ChatGPT
