IT-cum Soft Skills Trainer

Location: Nagaland
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000
Experience: Minimum 2 Years (DDUGKY work Experience is Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver high-quality training in basic IT skills (MS Office, Email, Internet, Typing).
- Conduct soft skills sessions (communication, personality development, interview preparation).
- Prepare session plans, training materials, and student assessments.
- Maintain attendance, daily reports, and training delivery records.
- Monitor student performance and provide extra support wherever required.
- Ensure training quality as per DDUGKY standards.

Candidate Requirements:

- Graduation / Diploma in IT / Computer Applications.
- Strong English communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in IT training + soft skills/PD training.
- Ability to handle classroom learning and student discipline.
- Good command of MS Office and digital tools.
