# BOJO AI – New Developer Requirement

We are looking for a highly capable developer to join BOJO AI and work on building *enterprise-level AI-powered software products*.

### Key Requirements

* Strong ability to design and develop *enterprise-level applications* such as:

* ERP systems

* CRM platforms

* Business management tools

* Workflow and process management systems

* AI-powered SaaS applications

* Strong understanding of *AI Agents and Agentic AI systems*, including:

* AI agent architecture

* Multi-step AI workflows

* Tool calling and API integrations

* Agent-to-agent workflows

* Autonomous task execution

* AI-powered decision and automation systems

* Strong knowledge of *business process automation and workflow automation*.

* Ability to integrate AI with existing business systems, APIs, databases, and third-party services.

* Ability to build systems that are *scalable, secure, modular, maintainable, and production-ready*.





* Strong problem-solving ability and the capability to independently understand complex requirements and convert them into working software.

### Experience

*Years of experience are not the priority.*

We are primarily looking for *skill, technical capability, problem-solving ability, and learning ability*.

A developer with limited professional experience but strong technical capability and the ability to quickly learn and implement new technologies can be a strong candidate.

### Most Significant

The candidate should have the *capability and mindset to learn, experiment, build, and continuously improve*.

We are looking for someone who can grow with BOJO AI and eventually take ownership of developing complex *AI-powered enterprise platforms and automation systems*

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
