Job Purpose

To handle customer calls, generate sales leads, follow up with existing and prospective customers, and support the showroom team in increasing customer visits and sales.

Key Responsibilities

1. Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

2. Follow up with customers regarding jewellery enquiries, offers, new collections, and showroom visits.

3. Inform customers about ongoing promotions, special schemes, festive offers, and new product launches.

4. Generate leads through telecalling and maintain proper follow-up records.

5. Invite customers to visit the showroom for product viewing and purchase.

6. Handle customer enquiries professionally and provide accurate information.

7. Maintain daily call records, customer details, follow-up status, and lead reports.

8. Coordinate with the Sales Team for customer appointments and follow-ups.

Ensure timely follow-up with customers until the enquiry is converted into a sale.

10. Maintain good customer relationships and encourage repeat visits.

11. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-conversion targets.

12. Handle customer feedback and escalate complaints to the concerned team when required.

Required Skills

1. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

2. Pleasant and confident telephone manner.

3. Customer-oriented approach.

4. Good Tamil communication; basic English knowledge preferred.

5. Basic computer knowledge and ability to use MS Excel/CRM software.

6. Good follow-up and convincing skills.

7. Ability to achieve sales and calling targets.

8. Prior experience in jewellery, retail, showroom, telecalling, or customer service will be an advantage.

Qualification: Minimum: 12th Pass / Any Degree

Preferred Candidate : A confident, energetic, and customer-focused candidate with positive communication skills and the ability to convert enquiries into showroom visits and sales.

Pay: ₹14,200.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
