Job Summary

Position Title: SDM/Director - Level E6.1
Location: Bangalore, India

About the Role:
We are seeking a visionary and strategic SDM/Director to lead our SAP practice at Level E6.1 in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing large-scale SAP projects, driving client engagement, and leading teams to deliver innovative solutions. This leadership role requires deep technical expertise combined with business acumen to align SAP capabilities with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end SAP project implementation, ensuring delivery on scope, time, and budget.
Drive strategic planning, resource management, and operational excellence within the SAP practice.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their business needs and proposing tailored SAP solutions.
Mentor and develop project managers, technical leads, and team members to foster a high-performance environment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new service offerings and expand existing SAP capabilities.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and best practices.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and stay updated on the latest SAP advancements and industry trends.
Manage financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
10+ years of experience in SAP project delivery and management, preferably in a leadership role.
Proven track record of managing large,



complex SAP implementations and teams.
Robust knowledge of SAP modules (FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, HANA, etc.) and SAP AMS offerings.
Excellent stakeholder management and client engagement skills.
Demonstrated leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making capabilities.

- Relevant certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Solution Manager, PMP) preferred.

Collaborates with: Business units, technology teams, and client stakeholders

Key Responsibilities
1. To drive program implementation, identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth management of all the programs.
2. To manage program budget, operations & deliverables for multiple programs by removing roadblocks for smooth program management
3. To focus on relationship management with the concerned stakeholders and provide the necessary synergy to ensure alignment with the program delivery. Eg: Works closely with other technical advisors/ CTO/ CIO in customer organizations and external vendors as required to manage cross-functional prioritization, execution, issue/risk identification, and resolution
4. To establish, track & review KPI/Metrics and manage key Program Partners / Stakeholders interest of multiple programs.
5. To develop strategy and direction for meeting the overall objective.
