About the Role:
We are seeking experienced professionals to join our IT operations team as Senior Support Engineers / Network Engineers. The ideal candidates will have strong technical expertise, proven leadership skills, and the ability to manage L3 escalations while guiding the support team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Team management: Lead and mentor the support team, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- L3 escalation handling: Provide advanced troubleshooting and solutions for complex technical problems.
- Network engineering: Design, configure, and maintain network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
- System support: Deliver expert support for servers, applications, and IT services.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless IT operations.
- Documentation:



Maintain accurate records of incidents, resolutions, and configurations.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support and network engineering.
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts, Linux systems, and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Experience in handling L3 escalations and providing advanced technical support.
- Proven ability to lead a team and manage workloads effectively.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certifications such as CCNA, RHCE, or equivalent..
