Job Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and understand their needs (vision issues, style preferences, budget)
- Recommend suitable eyeglass frames, lenses, and sunglasses
- Explain product features (lens types, coatings, brands, pricing)
- Upsell add-ons like anti-glare coating, blue-light filters, or premium frames
- Handle billing, invoices, and payments
- Understand different types of lenses (single vision, bifocal, progressive)
- Know frame materials, sizes, and fitting styles
- Stay updated on current eyewear trends and brands
- Take measurements like pupillary distance (PD) and frame fitting
- Help customers try on and adjust frames for comfort
- Assist in minor repairs or adjustments (tightening screws, aligning frames)
- Record customer prescriptions accurately
- Place orders for lenses and frames
- Coordinate with labs for lens fitting and delivery




- Ensure timely order completion and follow-up
- Keep display counters clean and organized
- Arrange frames attractively to boost sales
- Manage stock and inventory (track incoming/outgoing items)
- Handle complaints or returns professionally
- Maintain customer records for future reference
- Build long-term relationships for repeat business
- Maintain sales records and daily reports
- Use billing or POS software
- Coordinate with team members and supervisors

Pay: ₹ 20,000.00 - ₹ 40,000.00 per month
