Key Responsibilities:

- Manage online booking platforms (website, mobile app, third-party portals).
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding rentals, tariffs, vehicle availability, and booking confirmations.
- Process and confirm car rental reservations accurately in the system.
- Coordinate with drivers, fleet team, and operations to ensure timely vehicle availability and delivery.
- Assist customers with modifications, cancellations, and extensions of bookings.
- Maintain booking records, payment updates, and MIS reports.
- Upsell additional services such as GPS, chauffeur, insurance cover, and long-term rental plans.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving queries and complaints in a qualified manner.
- Support the team in achieving monthly booking and revenue targets.
- Maintain proper documentation and compliance for rentals.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
