Role OverviewWe are hiring a professional Real Estate Telecaller to join our team in Indore. You will be the first point of contact for prospective property buyers, introducing our residential and commercial projects and scheduling site visits.Key Responsibilities

- Call prospective clients from provided databases to introduce real estate projects.
- Qualify leads by understanding customer requirements, budget, and location preferences.
- Schedule site visits for interested clients with our property consultants.
- Follow up regularly with existing leads to maintain high engagement.
- Update property databases, lead statuses, and daily call reports in the CRM.

Requirements & Skills

- Education: Graduate or Higher Secondary (12th Pass).
- Experience:



6 months to 2 years in real estate telecalling or telesales preferred (Freshers with strong communication are welcome).
- Languages: Fluent in Hindi; professional proficiency in English is a major advantage.
- Skills: Excellent negotiation, active listening, and convincing skills.
- Location: Must be based in or willing to commute to Indore.

What We Offer

- Fixed monthly salary (₹10,000 – ₹15,000 based on experience).
