We are hiring an HR Manager with 2 to 6 years of experience for our modern infrastructure projects company in Jaipur, Rajasthan, offering a monthly salary of ₹35,000 to ₹50,000.
Job Overview

- Role: HR Manager (Human Resources Manager)

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement plant-level HR strategies aligned with business and production goals.

2. Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, manpower planning, and exits.

3. Maintain harmonious industrial and employee relations; handle unions, grievances, disciplinary actions, and negotiations.

4. Ensure full compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (Factories Act, ID Act, PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, CLRA, etc.).

5. Oversee payroll, compensation, benefits administration, and wage settlements in coordination with finance.

6. Drive performance management systems, appraisals, and employee productivity initiatives.

7. Identify training needs and execute learning, skill development,



and leadership programs.

8. Lead employee engagement, welfare, and retention initiatives to promote a positive work culture.

9. Manage contract labor, vendors, and third-party manpower in compliance with legal norms.

10. Maintain HR records, MIS, audits, and documentation; ensure data accuracy and reporting.

11. Partner with plant leadership on change management, workforce planning, and organizational development.

12. Ensure adherence to company policies, ethics, safety, and EHS-related people practices.

Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field (MBA in HR is a plus).
- Experience: 2 to 6 years of proven HR experience, preferably in infrastructure, real estate, or construction.
- Skills:
- Valuable communication and people skills.
- Knowledge of local labor laws in Rajasthan.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, Excel, and HR software).
- Ability to manage office staff and site workers.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
