Chartered Accountant – Senior Finance & Accounts

About the Role

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant to manage and supervise the overall Finance & Accounts function. This is a senior-level role focused on supervision, review, financial control and management reporting, rather than routine accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise the Finance & Accounts team and overall accounting function.
- Review P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, MIS and financial reports.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual closing and finalisation of accounts.
- Supervise GST, TDS/TCS, Income Tax and statutory compliances.
- Monitor investments, balance sheet assets and rental income/collections.
- Oversee inventory, receivables, payables, working capital and cash flow.
- Review financial performance, margins,



budgets and variance analysis.
- Supervise accounting activities across Private Limited Companies, LLPs and other entities, wherever applicable.
- Coordinate with statutory auditors, tax consultants and other professional advisors.
- Strengthen internal controls, accounting processes and financial systems.
- Guide and review the work of junior accounts team members.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to management.

Candidate Profile

- CA qualification is mandatory.
- 3–4 years of post-qualification experience.
- Experience in trading ,or distribution companies will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of GST,TDS,Income Tax ,ROC and statutory compliance.
- Solid understanding of P&L;,Balance Sheet,Cash Flow and Financial reporting.
- Strong team supervision and management skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Tally Prime/ERP.
- Strong analytical skills, ownership and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
