Job Title: Assistant/Associate Professor – Electronics & Communication Engineering
Location: NH-152, NIILM University, Kaithal, Haryana – 136027

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

- Master’s Degree (M.Tech) in Electronics & Communication Engineering or a related field from a recognized university
- Ph.D. in Electronics & Communication Engineering or a relevant specialization preferred
- Minimum 2 years of teaching, research, or relevant industry experience
- Strong academic record; publications in peer-reviewed journals will be an added advantage
- Candidates should meet UGC/AICTE norms, as applicable

Key Responsibilities

- Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Electronics & Communication Engineering and related subjects
- Deliver subjects related to electronic circuits, communication systems, signal processing, embedded systems, and digital electronics
- Develop, update, and deliver curriculum aligned with industry standards and emerging technological advancements
- Guide students in academic projects, internships, and dissertations
- Engage in independent and collaborative research and publish in reputed journals and conferences
- Conduct practical sessions in electronics and communication laboratories, including circuit design, communication systems, embedded systems, and related applications
- Mentor students for academic and skilled growth
- Organize workshops, technical seminars,



industrial visits, and guest lectures
- Participate in departmental and university-level committees and academic initiatives

Desirable Qualifications & Skills

- Expertise in Communication Systems, Digital Signal Processing, Analog & Digital Electronics, VLSI, Embedded Systems, Microprocessors & Microcontrollers, Wireless Communication, IoT, or Optical Communication
- Proficiency in simulation and design tools such as MATLAB, Simulink, Proteus, Multisim, Cadence, Xilinx, HFSS, CST, or similar tools
- Hands-on experience with modern electronics and communication systems and laboratory equipment
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to collaborate on interdisciplinary research and consultancy projects

Pay Scale

₹30,000 – ₹70,000 per month (commensurate with qualifications and experience)
