Designation - IT Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Advanced Technical Support

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across Linux-Ubuntu, Windows, and macOS platforms.
- Conduct root‑cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
- Assist end users with advanced-level technical issues.

Linux Systems Administration

- Administer, configure, and troubleshoot Linux servers and workstations (Ubuntu, RHEL, etc.).
- Linux ubuntu LTS Server deployment
- Perform system security hardening, patch management, and performance optimization. Open-Source Tools & Applications
- Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot open-source tools such as:
- Passbolt Password Manager
- Asset management tool- GLPi, Snipe-it, Manage engine, keka
- Other infrastructure, monitoring, or security-related applications.
- Evaluate and recommend open-source solutions based on organizational needs.

Active Directory & Cloud Identity Management

- Manage and troubleshoot Active Directory environments, including Group Policies and user lifecycle management.
- Support Azure AD / Cloud AD deployments and integrations (Jumpcloud, MS Intune, Scalefusion).
- Work with hybrid identity technologies (Azure AD Connect, SSO, Conditional Access).

Infrastructure & Systems Operations

- Perform changes following ITIL change management principles.




- Assist with virtualization platforms such as EXsi.
- Support network troubleshooting (DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewall basics).
- EPS-tool, policies, DLP, EDR-XDR knowledge

Collaboration

- Work closely with infrastructure, development, and cybersecurity teams.
- Contribute to audit readiness, compliance processes, and security improvements.

Key Skills:

- Hands-on expertise in Linux administration.
- Proficiency in Windows and macOS support.
- Understanding of Active Directory, Group Policies, IAM concepts, and Azure AD.
- Experience with open-source applications such as Wazuh, Passbolt, Grafana, Zabbix, etc.
- O365 basic understanding/management
- Working knowledge of scripting languages like Bash or Python.
- Familiarity with ITIL-based incident, problem, and change management.
- Solid analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Education and Experience

- 2-4 years of experience in system administration or IT support roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field.
