- Overseeing the end-to-end processing of initial applications, renewals, and amendments for pharmacy, controlled substance, and wholesale distribution licenses across multiple jurisdictions.
- Interpreting and enforcing adherence to ever-changing state and federal pharmacy laws, ensuring that all physical store operations meet local board of pharmacy requirements.
- Designing and conducting internal compliance audits to prepare stores for inspections by regulatory bodies (e.g., State Pharmacy Councils or Drug Inspectors).
- Liaising with government regulatory agencies, state boards, and internal legal teams to resolve licensing deficiencies, inquiries, or compliance violations.
- Maintaining centralized, secure databases of all corporate and location-specific licenses, permits, and pharmacist-in-charge (PIC) credentials.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,611.26 per month
