Job Summary

Varija Lifestyles Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced E-Commerce Account to manage and grow our online marketplace accounts. The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of hands-on experience in e-commerce account management and a strong understanding of major marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain e-commerce marketplace accounts such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, and other relevant platforms.
- Create, update, and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, keywords, and pricing.
- Monitor daily orders, sales, returns, cancellations, refunds, and inventory.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, customer support, and internal teams for smooth order processing.
- Track sales performance, revenue, margins, and marketplace metrics.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports using MS Excel.
- Manage marketplace promotions, discounts, offers, and campaigns.
- Monitor competitor pricing,



product listings, and market trends.
- Resolve account-related issues by coordinating with marketplace support teams.
- Ensure marketplace policies, product information, and documentation are properly maintained.
- Identify opportunities to improve product visibility, conversion rates, and overall sales.
- Manage and monitor marketplace advertising campaigns, if required.

Requirements

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in E-Commerce/Marketplace Account Management.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, or similar platforms.
- Solid knowledge of marketplace operations, order management, inventory, and returns.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple marketplace accounts and meet deadlines.
- Experience with marketplace advertising and promotions will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
