Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Executive who will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment of blue-collar employees. The candidate will focus exclusively on hiring workers for operational and support-level positions such as machine operators, helpers, technicians, drivers, warehouse staff, production workers, housekeeping staff, security personnel, and other blue-collar profiles.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable with high-volume recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, joining follow-ups, and maintaining recruitment records.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar positions.
- Understand manpower requirements from different departments and locations.
- Source candidates through job portals, recruitment agencies, references, walk-ins, local networks, social media, and other channels.
- Conduct initial screening and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate and conduct preliminary interviews.
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate salary and joining dates within approved budgets.
- Follow up with selected candidates until their joining.
- Maintain a database/pool of blue-collar candidates for future requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with local recruitment agencies and manpower suppliers.
- Conduct mass hiring drives and walk-in interviews whenever required.
- Verify candidate documents and ensure completion of pre-joining formalities.
- Maintain daily/weekly recruitment reports, including vacancies, interviews, selections, and joinings.
- Track recruitment TAT (Turnaround Time)



and ensure positions are closed within the required timelines.
- Support employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Develop new sourcing channels to improve the quality and speed of blue-collar hiring.

Key Skills Required

- Strong blue-collar recruitment and sourcing skills.
- Good communication and candidate-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and high-volume hiring.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of local labour markets and blue-collar candidate sources.
- Ability to work with recruitment agencies and manpower consultants.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic HR recruitment tools.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working with recruitment deadlines.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline; HR/Personnel qualification will be an advantage.
- 1–4 years of experience in blue-collar recruitment.
- Experience hiring for manufacturing, engineering, warehouse, logistics, construction, hospitality, or similar industries will be preferred.
- Candidates with experience in mass recruitment and local sourcing will be an added advantage.
- Should be proactive, energetic, and comfortable speaking with candidates from different backgrounds.

- Joining ratio of selected candidates.
- Recruitment turnaround time.
- Quality and retention of hires.
- Cost per hire.
- Number of active candidate sources and recruitment agencies.
- Daily/weekly sourcing and interview targets.

Significant Requirement

This role is exclusively focused on Blue-Collar Recruitment. The HR Executive will primarily be responsible for sourcing and hiring operational-level employees and will not be responsible for regular white-collar/corporate recruitment.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
