Key Responsibilities

Conduct OET training sessions for Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.

Prepare lesson plans, study materials, practice tests, and assignments.

Assess students’ performance and provide constructive feedback.

Identify individual learning gaps and provide personalized guidance.

Conduct mock tests and monitor students’ progress.

Keep students updated on OET exam patterns, assessment criteria, and strategies.

Motivate students and maintain an engaging classroom environment.

Track attendance, performance, and improvement of students.

Support students in achieving their required OET scores.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.

Previous experience as an OET Trainer/English Language Trainer preferred.

Strong command of English grammar, vocabulary,



pronunciation, and communication.

Good understanding of OET exam format and assessment criteria.

Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work with students from different educational and qualified backgrounds.

Preferred Skills

OET certification or relevant English-language teaching certification such as TESOL/TEFL/CELTA is an advantage.

Experience training healthcare professionals such as nurses, doctors, and allied healthcare professionals.

Strong classroom management and mentoring skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
