We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Swimming Coach to train and mentor swimmers of varying skill levels. The ideal candidate will have robust technical knowledge of swimming techniques, a passion for teaching, and the ability to inspire athletes to achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct training sessions for beginners, intermediate, and advanced swimmers.
- Develop personalized training plans to improve performance and technique.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed during all sessions.
- Organize and oversee swim meets, competitions, and practice schedules.
- Provide constructive feedback and motivation to athletes.
- Maintain accurate records of progress and attendance.
Pay: ₹13,388.27 - ₹50,000.00 per month
