Cherry Blossom Skin Spa Wellness is a premium wellness destination dedicated to providing exceptional spa experiences through professional service, hygiene, and customer care. We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to lead our daily operations and support business growth.

Job Responsibilities

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the spa.
- Manage therapists, receptionists, housekeeping, and support staff.
- Ensure all SOPs, hygiene, and service quality standards are followed.
- Monitor daily sales, appointments, memberships, and branch performance.
- Conduct daily team briefings and motivate staff to achieve targets.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
- Ensure excellent customer service and a premium guest experience.
- Monitor staff grooming, punctuality, and discipline.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and vendor coordination.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field (preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience as an Operations Manager, Spa Manager, Salon Manager, Hotel Manager, or Hospitality Manager.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.




- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Target-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
