Store Executive

Experience: 2–5 Years

Education: Graduation

Job Responsibilities

Material Receiving

Receive incoming materials from suppliers and transporters.

Check the quantity, weight, quality, and condition of materials.

Verify materials against Purchase Orders, Delivery Challans, Invoices, and other relevant documents.

Immediately report shortages, excess quantities, damages, or incorrect materials to the concerned senior.

Ensure proper unloading and safe handling of materials.

Inventory & Stock Management

Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing materials.

Update stock details in Excel, ERP, Tally, or company software, as applicable.

Maintain minimum stock levels and inform management when stock is low.

Conduct regular physical stock verification.

Identify damaged, slow-moving, or unused materials.

Ensure physical stock matches the stock records.

Arrange materials properly according to category, size, type, and location.

Ensure proper labeling and identification of materials.





Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the store area.

Follow the FIFO (First In, First Out) method wherever applicable.

Ensure safe storage to prevent damage, loss, or wastage.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain the following store-related records:

Goods Received Note (GRN)

Purchase / Delivery Challan

Material Issue Register

Stock Register

Material Return Register

Damaged Material Register

Daily Stock Report

Submit daily or weekly stock reports to management.

Maintain proper filing and documentation of all store-related records.

Candidate Profile

Graduate in any discipline.

2–5 years of relevant experience in store, warehouse, or inventory management.

Valuable knowledge of stock handling and documentation.

Basic knowledge of Excel, ERP, Tally, or inventory management software will be an advantage.

Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
