·Project Planning & Initiation: Lead project kick-off meetings to define scope, timelines, and resource allocation. Translate customer specifications into final drawings and production plans to ensure accurate factory execution.

· Operational Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison between the Finetec and FG Factory teams, coordinating Proforma Invoices (PI) and Purchase Orders (PO) to streamline procurement. Manage site coordination and dispatch planning to ensure timely delivery of goods.

Reporting & Communication: Provide detailed Daily End-of-Day (EOD) updates via email using the standard company format. Reports must highlight specific project challenges and provide planned corrective actions to prevent delays.

Customer Advocacy & Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing transparent and proactive communication regarding order status, specifications, and delivery timelines.

· Factory & Production Coordination:



Feed technical customer requirements directly to the factory production and admin teams to ensure manufactured goods align perfectly with client needs.

· Financial & Administrative Management: Prepare accurate project costings and manage "post-sales" activities, including payment follow-ups and final collections. Maintain comprehensive records of purchase activities and client communications.

· Relationship Management: Execute customer relations (CR) activities designed to strengthen long-term partnerships, foster loyalty, and encourage repeat business.

· Order Lifecycle Management: Oversee the flow of information from initial requirement gathering through to production and final delivery to the customer.

· Internal Liaison: Coordinate with internal departments to resolve any operational bottlenecks or administrative issues that may affect the customer experience.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
