Role Summary

We are seeking a Microsoft 365 Engineer (L1) to manage BAU support activities and provide first-level assistance to enterprise users. The role focuses on user administration, Active Directory operations, ticket handling, and troubleshooting common Microsoft 365 and endpoint issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide Level 1 support for Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft 365 Apps, and Windows endpoints.
- Handle user account creation, modification, disabling, password resets, license assignment, mailbox requests, and security group membership.
- Support Active Directory user and group administration, basic Group Policy checks, and user profile issues.
- Manage onboarding, offboarding, access requests, and routine BAU operational activities.
- Log, update, resolve, and close service desk tickets within defined SLAs while keeping users informed.




- Perform initial diagnosis, document troubleshooting steps, and escalate unresolved or complex issues to L2/L3 teams.
- Maintain SOPs, knowledge articles, shift handover notes, and accurate ticket documentation.

Mandatory Skills

- Microsoft 365 administration fundamentals
- Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive support
- Active Directory user and group administration
- User profile, password, access and licensing support
- Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 Apps troubleshooting
- Service desk and ITSM ticket handling
- Basic networking and endpoint troubleshooting
- Valuable communication and customer service skills

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Microsoft 365, service desk, or end-user support.
- Ability to independently resolve common user issues and follow standard operating procedures.
- Basic PowerShell knowledge and exposure to ServiceNow, Jira, or another ITSM tool are desirable.
- Must be willing to work from the Mumbai office.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
