Chinmaya Nauni is looking for an experienced Academic Counsellor with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of student and parent counselling.

The ideal candidate should be confident in interacting with parents and students, explaining academic programs, addressing queries, and supporting the school's admission and counselling process.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel parents and students regarding academic programs, courses, and school facilities.
- Handle incoming enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings.
- Communicate professionally with parents and prospective students.
- Explain admission procedures, fee structure, facilities, and academic programs.
- Follow up with prospective parents and admission enquiries.
- Maintain records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
- Coordinate with the school administration and academic team.
- Support the school in achieving admission and enrolment targets.
- Build positive relationships with parents and students.




- Handle parent concerns professionally and provide appropriate guidance.

Requirements

- Prior experience as an Academic Counsellor, Admission Counsellor, Education Counsellor, or similar role is required.
- Excellent spoken English and Hindi.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in handling parent and student conversations.
- Good counselling and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Professional, polite, patient, and well-organized.
- Experience in a school, boarding school, educational institution, or similar environment will be preferred.

Significant Requirement

Stay-in-school is compulsory.

Accommodation will be provided within the school premises. The candidate must be comfortable staying on the school campus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
