About the Role

A growing corporate team is looking for an experienced HR Recruiter / HR Executive to take charge of end-to-end recruitment operations. In this role, you will identify prospective candidates, conduct initial screening, and drive the hiring process to fill active talent requirements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee the full talent acquisition lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, resume evaluation, pre-screening, and interview coordination.

* Utilize recruitment tools, professional networks, job boards, and database outreach to identify qualified talent.

* Perform preliminary phone evaluations to gauge applicant capabilities, background fit, and communication proficiency.

* Track applicant pipelines and maintain clear communication with prospective hires from selection through final onboarding.

Qualifications & Skills

* Experience:



1 to 5 years of hands-on hiring experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.

* Communication: Strong spoken and written communication with solid interpersonal and negotiation skills.

* Work Setup: Must be available for full-time, in office daily operations at our office in Kalapatti, Coimbatore.
