Unmukt Vani is a Hindi YouTube channel being developed as a companion for people in their Second Innings of Life. The channel focuses on meaningful stories, relationships, retirement, companionship, inner peace, family and the everyday experiences of senior citizens.

We are looking for a creative Hindi Story & Content Writer who can develop emotionally engaging stories for our YouTube channel.

The writer will not necessarily have to invent every story from scratch. We are particularly interested in someone who enjoys discovering old and meaningful stories, folk tales, parables, anecdotes and timeless human situations, understanding the central idea behind them, and then creating a fresh contemporary story around that idea that is relevant to today's Indian seniors.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop approximately 5–7 story ideas/scripts per week.
- Create engaging Hindi stories suitable for 5–10 minute YouTube videos.
- Draw inspiration from timeless stories, folk tales, parables and real-life situations and re-imagine their underlying ideas in fresh, contemporary settings.
- Develop stories around themes such as retirement, relationships, children, loneliness, companionship, purpose, self-respect, ageing, family, happiness, spirituality and life's Second Innings.
- Create strong openings/hooks and meaningful endings.
- Use ChatGPT and other AI tools for brainstorming, research, story development and refinement.
- Ensure the final content is original in expression, natural,



emotionally authentic and not simply AI-generated.
- Suggest suitable YouTube titles and thumbnail lines.
- Coordinate with the video-editing team when required.

Who We Are Looking For

- Excellent Hindi writing and storytelling skills.
- Natural, conversational Hindi rather than overly literary language.
- Good understanding of human emotions, relationships and everyday life.
- Ability to turn a simple idea or situation into an interesting story.
- Interest in stories, literature, films, human behaviour or life experiences.
- Sensitivity towards the experiences and concerns of senior citizens.
- Comfortable using ChatGPT/AI as a creative assistant.
- Most importantly, the ability to recognise what makes a story meaningful and worth listening to.

Important

This is not a conventional SEO/content-writing position.

We are not looking for someone who simply generates stories through ChatGPT. AI will be a tool; the writer's creativity, emotional understanding, editing and judgement are essential.

Work Arrangement

Part time | Remote / Work from Home

Compensation: ₹10,000–₹15,000 per month, depending on experience and quality.

The engagement will begin with a paid trial period, after which a longer-term arrangement may be offered based on performance.

Candidates should submit 2–3 samples of their Hindi storytelling/writing work.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
