L.P. Savani Academy, Vesu is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to manage the school’s admission process while supporting administrative operations. The candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective parents and students, handling enquiries, and ensuring smooth coordination of admission-related documentation and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Admission Counselling

- Handle walk-in, telephonic, and online admission enquiries.
- Provide detailed information about the school curriculum, facilities, policies, and procedures.
- Counsel parents and students regarding admission criteria and processes.
- Conduct school tours for prospective parents.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective parents to achieve admission targets.
- Maintain proper records of enquiries, applications, and admissions.

Administrative Responsibilities

- Support front office and reception activities when required.
- Maintain and update student admission data and documentation.
- Coordinate with academic and accounts departments for admission formalities.
- Assist in preparing reports related to admissions and student records.
- Perform general clerical and administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Eligibility Criteria





- Qualification: Graduate (in any discipline) – Mandatory
- Experience:
- Freshers may apply
- Minimum 2 years of experience in admission counselling or a similar role in an educational institution preferred

Language Proficiency (Mandatory)

- English – Reading, Writing & Speaking
- Hindi – Reading, Writing & Speaking
- Gujarati – Reading, Writing & Speaking

Skills & Competencies

- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Strong interpersonal and counselling abilities
- Good organizational and follow-up skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry systems)
- Presentable personality with a professional approach
- Ability to meet admission targets

Working Hours

- Monday to Saturday: 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM
- Alternate Sundays: 09:00 AM to 12:00 Noon

Salary: Up to ₹26,000 per month

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
