We are looking for an experienced Specialist System Engineer – DRE (Oracle DBA) with 10+ years of experience in Oracle Database Administration and large-scale production database environments.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Oracle Exadata, RAC, ASM, Data Guard, RMAN, GoldenGate, OEM, database performance tuning, patching, upgrades, migrations, and disaster recovery.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as an Oracle Database Administration SME for large-scale database environments.
- Administer and support Oracle Exadata environments.
- Manage Oracle RAC, ASM, and Data Guard configurations.
- Perform RMAN backup and recovery activities.
- Plan and execute Oracle database patching, upgrades, and migrations.
- Manage and support Oracle GoldenGate replication environments.
- Monitor database environments using Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM).
- Perform database performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization.
- Plan and execute Disaster Recovery testing and management activities.
- Provide support for critical production database environments.
- Handle incidents, problems, and changes in accordance with ITIL processes.
- Perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Support global production operations and participate in crisis management when required.
- Contribute to automation and operational efficiency initiatives.

Candidate Profile

- 10+ years of relevant Oracle DBA experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Exadata and enterprise database technologies
- Proven experience supporting large-scale production database environments
- Strong knowledge of high availability, disaster recovery, backup, and replication solutions
- Excellent troubleshooting and performance optimization skills
- Experience working within ITIL-based incident, problem, and change management processes
- Solid communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in critical production and global support environments

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bengaluru, Karnataka
