Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated Digital Marketing Executive to design, develop, and

execute data-driven omnichannel marketing campaigns, marketing automation, customer

journey orchestration, and campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Automation & Campaign Management

 Design, develop, execute, and optimize omnichannel marketing campaigns using

Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

 Build and manage customer journeys using Journey Builder.

 Configure and manage Email Studio, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, Mobile Studio,

and other SFMC modules.

 Create dynamic customer segments and audience lists based on business

requirements.

 Build personalized campaigns using dynamic content and AMPscript.

 Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize customer engagement.

Customer Data & CRM

 Design and maintain customer data models within Salesforce Marketing Cloud and

Snowflake.

 Develop customer segmentation strategies using SQL.

 Perform data extraction, cleansing, validation, transformation, and enrichment activities.

 Ensure customer data quality, integrity, and governance across marketing platforms.

 Support integration between Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce CRM (SFDC) and

external systems.

Data Engineering & Analytics

 Develop SQL queries for campaign targeting, reporting, and customer segmentation.

 Perform data manipulation using SQL and basic Python.





 Build and maintain Snowflake data models to support CRM campaigns.

 Generate campaign reports and insights.

 Analyze campaign performance and recommend optimization strategies.

Customer Journey & Engagement

 Design customer lifecycle journeys across multiple communication channels.

 Build automated customer journeys for acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention,

and reactivation.

 Create consumer survey logic and interactive engagement experiences.

 Design campaign innovations such as gamification, quizzes, interactive emails, and

customer engagement initiatives.

Omnichannel Communication

 Configure and manage communication channels, including:

o Email

o WhatsApp

o RCS Messaging

 Build and optimize WhatsApp conversational flows and customer engagement journeys.

 Support the implementation of current digital communication channels as required.

Integrations & Technical Development

 Build responsive email templates and landing pages using HTML/CSS.

 Implement basic JavaScript for landing pages, forms, and campaign enhancements.

 Troubleshoot automation, integration, and campaign issues.

Governance & Collaboration

 Collaborate with Global IT, Customer Experience, Business,



and Information Security

teams on CRM initiatives.

 Ensure marketing campaigns comply with organizational policies, security standards,

and data privacy regulations.

 Participate in solution design discussions and recommend best practices for marketing

automation.

 Document campaign processes, technical specifications, and implementation guidelines.

Educational Qualifications

 Any graduate.

 1+ years of experience in digital marketing.
