MicroWorld Software Services Pvt. Ltd. (eScan) is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to join our team and manage our marketplace operations.

As an OEM, we are looking for someone who understands the e-commerce ecosystem and can independently manage product listings, pricing, inventory, orders, and marketplace performance.

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage product catalogues and listings on Amazon, Flipkart & JioMart
- Handle new product listings, bulk uploads and catalog corrections
- Manage pricing, discounts and promotional/sale prices
- Monitor inventory, stock availability and product visibility
- Track marketplace account health and performance
- Resolve suppressed listings, pricing errors and catalog issues
- Conduct competitor pricing and marketplace analysis
- Manage long-ETA and out-of-stock products
- Verify orders and maintain accurate OMS updates
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse and internal teams




- Ensure marketplace compliance and resolve product restrictions
- Monitor overall marketplace performance and identify opportunities for improvement

What We’re Looking For

- 1–3+ years of experience in e-commerce / marketplace operations
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart & JioMart
- Strong knowledge of catalog management and marketplace operations
- Excellent Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to independently manage day-to-day marketplace activities

Location: Andheri East, MIDC, Mumbai

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
