We are looking for a Reputed perfume brand - Senior Brand Designer with (3-6 years Experience) to lead the visual identity of the brand across packaging, retail, digital, and customer touchpoints. This role combines creative leadership with hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Brand Identity: Maintain brand guidelines and ensure visual consistency.
- Brand Assets: Create decks, presentations, marketing collateral, and trade show materials.
- Packaging: Develop packaging, labels, gift sets, and discovery kits; coordinate with vendors.
- Marketing Creatives: Design campaigns, digital assets, website, and ecommerce creatives.
- Visual Merchandising: Create retail displays, POSM, store branding, and tester units.
- PR & Gifting: Design influencer kits, PR hampers, and premium unboxing experiences.
- Leadership: Mentor junior creatives, manage agencies,



and ensure high-quality creative output.

Requirements

● Strong portfolio showcasing premium or luxury design.

● Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

● Experience with packaging and print production.

● Knowledge of Figma and UI design preferred.

● Experience with beauty, luxury, fragrance, or fashion brands preferred.
